- 1 x 3 Salsiccia all`aglio e prezzemolo: delicious sausages with garlic and parsley.
- 2 marinated crowns (FRESH, not frozen) of lamb (mild garlic marinade)
- 1 cote à l`os Black Angus dry-aged of about 1 kg.
About 2.5 kg in total.
The `boudins blancs` are precooked. These are very quickly ready on the BBQ. Ideal for impatient children or as an aperitif for adults.
