Homemade dried sausage with fennel seed.
Made with Glorius shoulder pork and Glorius belly. Homemade @Gustor according to family recipe. Balanced seasoning so that the pure meat taste comes into its own.
The sausages were dried for at least 1 week and then vacuum packed for hygiene reasons. Remove the sausages from the packaging and let them expose to air for 24 hours (preferably hanging in a well-ventilated area).
