The minced meat is freshly ground and vacuum packed every day. The absence of any (even permitted) color retaining agent, in combination with the vacuum packaging, can lead to some discoloration. This discoloration is completely normal and does not affect the quality of the product.
Storage time: in the refrigerator up to 3 days after receipt, or 2 months in the freezer.
