Orloff roast is a true classic in the kitchen.
Of course you expect a super-orloff from Gustor...
Here we go.
How about the following ingredients:
- a nice piece of fillet from the delicious Glorius pig
- real Swiss Emmenthal cheese. (not a tasteless copy)
- the one and only Pata Negra Bellotaham
You won`t find better than this!
Preparation:
- Take a fireproof dish (type Creuset)
- melt a knob of butter in the dish and fry the roast briefly.
- place the dish in a (preheated) oven at 180°c
The baking time is about 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the oven you use.
Orloff roast is delicious with fresh croquettes or potato gratin.
