Every Meat Tasting is assembled based on availability and includes a surprising selection of exclusive breeds and characterful cuts. At least 50% of the assortment consists of aged meat, delivering depth, intensity and unforgettable flavour.
To maximise the tasting experience, all cuts are numbered so you can follow the recommended tasting order: from subtle flavours to powerful taste sensations.

Every Meat Tasting includes a surprise selection, so we recommend keeping preparation simple. This allows you to fully enjoy the differences between breeds, textures and flavours.
Remove all cuts from the fridge 30–60 minutes before cooking and leave them in their vacuum packaging.
Less is more: coarse sea salt is enough to let every cut express its unique character.
BBQStart over direct heat, then move to a cooler zone if needed.
PanUse a very hot pan with a little high smoke point oil.
GrillPreheat thoroughly and sear each cut briefly.
For most cuts in the Meat Tasting selection, rare to medium rare gives the best result.
Place the cooked cuts on a tray and keep them in an oven at maximum 40°C. This keeps everything warm without further cooking while you prepare the remaining cuts.
