Preparation:
- Take a fireproof dish (type Creuset)
- melt a knob of butter in the dish and fry the roast briefly.
- place the dish in a (preheated) oven at 180°c
The baking time is about 45 minutes, depending on the oven you use.
Orloff roast is delicious with fresh croquettes or potato gratin.
