This hamburger is an alternative for those who are not a fan of the typical dry-aged taste.
Using the bavette and the thick skirt can cause the color of the hamburger to turn brown. We could prevent this by adding a color retention agent, but this does not fit in the Gustor philosophy.
Usually this product is delivered frozen or under slightly negative temperature.
Salsiccia and burgers at Gustor contain little salt. The intention is to finish it with some coarse sea salt after baking to make the taste experience completely top.
