This delicious Salsiccia with a mixture of beef and lamb will certainly appeal to you.

Since these sausages are relatively lean, we would bake them slightly pink to prevent them from drying out.

Ideal as an aperitif at the BBQ. However, the sausages can also be easily prepared in a pan or on a grill.

 

Usually this product is delivered frozen or under slightly negative temperature.
