Flemish cow, French style

To live and work on the French-Belgian border comes with some special perks. It provides us with privileged acces to local farmers from French-Flanders. It is here we can find the superior quality “La Vache Flamande Francaise”, a local hit that our customers highly appreciate. These cows are a little less heavy than their Belgian namesake and have a more pronounced marbling.

Because of our selection on marbling, this meat contains significantly more fat than the average in our collection.
