Jack Daniel`s Tennessee whiskey, soy sauce, organic honey and crushed pepper.
The steak is marinated with these ingredients. Due to the vacuuming, the flavor gets very deep into the meat instead of just on the outside.
You can bake as you like, in the pan, on the grill or on the BBQ.
Rub the steak with some oil or fry in the butter. (The steak contains no salt yet, so after baking some sea salt over the steak to finish it off)
Every gram of meat is permeated with the seasonings.
