FAQ
What makes a Glorius pork chop different from a regular pork chop?
The difference lies in the breed, feeding program and farming methods. Glorius pigs develop richer flavor, superior juiciness and more complex aromas than standard pork.
Why does the chop include a fat cap?
The fat cap helps retain moisture during cooking and enhances flavor. Keeping it on during cooking contributes significantly to the eating experience.
