A completely different fondue experience
Unlike traditional meat fondue, Chinese Fondue (Hot Pot) is prepared in a flavorful broth rather than hot oil. This allows the natural flavor of the beef to shine while creating a lighter and more refined dining experience.
For this authentic Hot Pot experience, Gustor selects premium beef that is sliced wafer-thin by our butchers. The slices are approximately 1 mm thick and cook in just a few seconds in the simmering broth.
The result is a convivial and interactive meal where every guest cooks their own meat exactly to their liking.
